DMG cast members competed in various incarnations at Washington Improv Theater’s annual Fighting Improv Smackdown Tournament.
Archie, Sean, and Sarah as Goddammit, Mother! won their first round against Alpha Beta Soup on March 6, 2010 but lost honorably in a fight to the death against DMG alumna Tara Maher and her team, Plan B, on March 26, 2010.
Jamie, former DMG guest player Matt Berman, and Lee Blaser were Best Served Cold and knocked out the triple threat The Coven during their first match on March 4, 2010 but fell to Grumpy Old Ladies in their next match on March 18, 2010.
All in all a good showing from DMG cast members at this year’s FIST! We’ve tasted blood and can’t wait for next year’s tournament.
